We would love to meet each of you individually and answer your questions personally, but we can’t. We simply do not have sufficient personnel to give you the time that would be necessary to learn enough about your family situation so that our suggestions would be appropriate. We also believe—as you do—that our family responsibilities should be fulfilled properly. Thus, we have to draw the line prohibiting extensive one-on-one telephone and website counsel. We sincerely thank you for understanding and respecting these time constraints.
